Truck Mounted Road Sweeping Machine

These machines have been developed to suit the high dust load on the Indian roads as well as high temperature in the summer weather in India. Keeping these factors in mind, the equipment is designed to operate in dry mode i.e. without the necessity to spray water. This is possible by using specialized bag filters imported from Europe with specialized continuous cleaning arrangement. Water spray as an option is also provided in the machine.

The above features ensure:-
  • The equipment is able to undertake continuous sweeping work without the need to spray water or frequently go for water filling.
  • Machine is capable to operate in high tropical climates.
  • Machine is capable to suction heavy dust loads as seen on Indian roads.
  • All Hydraulics are from reputed International manufacturers.
  • Equipment is of heavy duty construction with sweeping facilities on Left Hand Side or alternatively on Right Hand Side.

The container volume is ranging from 6 cu.M to 20 Cu.M. depending upon the Truck Chassis and customer requirements. TPS range of Refuse Compactors are operating all over in India and in about 6 countries all over the world. The TPS – STUMMER Refuse Compactors have the following advantages.

Proper equipment weight distribution and smaller overhang ensures vehicle is stable while traveling on uneven grounds in dumping area.

Bin Lifter is universal type capable of handling bins as per DIN and other International Standard

Water Tight:- The complete tailgate is hydraulically pressed against the body, no mechanical locking arrangement is required.

Vaccum Loader De-Silting Machine

These equipments are used for suctioning of silt/stones etc from underground trunk sewer pipelines of diameter ranging from 1 meter to 3 meters. These Trunk Sewer pipelines are installed about 7 to 8 meters below ground level. TPS is manufacturing one of the most powerful Vacuum Loader Machines being utilized for De-Silting these Trunk Sewer pipelines of Silt, Bricks etc. Number of Service Providers are using specialized Silt container trucks alongwith De-Silting machines, wherein the silt is separated and collected in these Silt Container trucks, which ultimately go to the dumping ground for discharge of silt. These units are developing vacuum of 8000 mm water column and air handling capacities ranging from 4000 to 6000 Cu.M/hr. Number of such machines are deployed in various parts of Indian for undertaking De-Silting work.
